I've offered these sessions at previous commands, including ships and operational units.  The program has achieved as high as an 89 percent success rate for Sailors getting within body weight standards in as little as eight weeks.

Lt. Cmdr. Kevin Bernstein is a board certified family and sports medicine physician.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University, and his medical degree and masters from Drexel University.  He has numerous years of experience in sports medicine.
