It's that time of year again when many people have weight loss at the top of their New Year's resolution list. MWR Fitness is here to help with a new weight loss program called "Lose to Win" that starts Jan. 18.
Lose to Win is a four-week weight loss program where contestants can achieve their fitness goals. MWR Fitness professionals will conduct pre and post body fat analysis, and offer nutritional guidance and training support. Contestants who weigh in each week will be entered into a drawing for prizes. A cash prize will be given to the top male and female with the greatest weight loss overall.
"Most of all I am looking forward to being body positive and camaraderie with other participants," said registered participant, Candice Reeves.
Participants can register for Lose to Win at the Fitness Center now until the start of the program Jan. 18. There will be a Q & A Meeting Jan. 17 at 12:30 p.m. and at 5:30 p.m. There will also be a kick-off nutritional seminar Jan. 22 at 5 p.m.
