On Nov. 8 in Rotterdam Netherlands, Cmdr. Richard L. Clemmons was relieved by Cmdr. John A Carter after a very exciting and rewarding tour aboard USS Roosevelt (DDG-80).

HSL-46 Detachment Visits Montenegro
HSL-46 Detachment Nine, ''Reloaded,'' participated in a first for the U.S. Navy on Oct. 23 when it sailed with guided-missile cruiser USS Anzio (CG 68) into port in Tivat, Montenegro. This marked the first time a U.S. navy ship has visited Montenegro since the country declared independence in June 2006.

HSL-46 Provides Assistance To Iranian Dhow
USS Anzio (CG 68) provided assistance to a vessel in distress in the Arabian Sea, approximately 140 miles off the coast of Pakistan, Nov. 10, while conducting maritime security operations (MSO) in the area.
