Vicksburg's Enlisted Bridge Team Takes Watch
On May 4, while operating with the Dwight D. Eisenhower Strike Group in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, CMDCM(SW) Jay Powell took the reins of USS Vicksburg (CG 69) as the Officer of the Deck (OOD).
